Herm Sprenger Pear Wood Dog Grooming Brush Natural Fibre Bristles

This exclusive Sprenger design dog brush is made from oiled pear wood and has an ergonomic brush corpus with silky smooth surfaces and comfortably rounded edges. Pear wood is a fine grained hardwood, much loved by designer craftsmen for the fine uniform texture and subtle colour of the wood, the hardness of the wood allows for detailed and intricate shapes to be carved. The pear wood is sourced through sustainable farming.

The bristles are made from frayed agate fibre which is naturally antistatic. A 20mm wide flexible rubber handle combined with the smooth finish and rounded edges makes this brush comfortable and secure on the hand.

The brush measures 13.5cm / 5.25" in length by 7cm / 2.75" wide. The pure grey plant fibre bristles provide a firm brush that minimises the chance of scratching finer coats and snagging in course coats.
