The Herm Sprenger stainless steel fur saver short link collar is a rugged 4.0mm gauge measuring from 55cm / 21.5 inches to 70cm / 27.5 inches for medium to very large and more powerful dogs.

The fur saver short link collar incorporates a stainless steel carabiner snap hook that attaches to a link along the chain and fixes the size. The adjustable short link fur saver collar can be altered to suit various neck sizes and is recommended for adolescent dogs with a growing neck. Preferred by trainers for use on multiple dogs with different neck measurements.

The collar has a choice of rings to connect the carabiner clip onto to give the collar a multifunction option. Connecting to the fixed ring or a short link within the collar makes the collar a static chain with no restriction. Connecting to the floating loose ring converts the collar to a slip chain.
